002 — Beginnings
Why VOX exists.
The first AI voice we ever heard was unmistakable. The cadence was off. The warmth was missing. It felt like talking to a vending machine.
We thought a phone call deserved better. Calls are intimate. Customers can hear hesitation, sincerity, attention. So we built VOX around those qualities first and the technology second.
