Refund policy.

We want VOX to feel like a fair purchase. If it doesn’t work for you, we will make it right.

Fourteen-day refund

First-time monthly subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. No questions, no hoops. Email billing@vox.ai with your account email and we will process it within 5 business days.

Pro-rated refunds

If you cancel after the 14-day window, your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months for monthly plans. Annual plans are pro-rated to the next month boundary.

What is not refundable

• Phone number and telephony pass-through fees billed by carriers.
• One-time custom voice cloning setup fees, after work begins.
• Plans suspended for terms-of-service violations.

Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work with you in good faith.
